Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to purchases made through wowscent.co.uk, operated by WOW Scent, WOW Scent Ltd, 9, SK17 7TH, United Kingdom.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders (for example, if an item is out of stock or priced incorrectly).

Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe.

Shipping

Tracked UK shipping is priced by parcel weight (£3.99 up to 100g, £4.99 up to 500g, £6.99 up to 1kg, £8.99 over 1kg). Orders are dispatched within 3–4 working days.

Returns

You may return unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. For hygiene reasons, opened fragrance bottles cannot be returned unless faulty. Contact hello@wowscent.co.uk before returning any item.

Faulty or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Discount codes

Newsletter discount codes are single-use, apply to your first order only, and cannot be combined with other offers.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, branding — is owned by WOW Scent and may not be reproduced without permission.

Liability

Our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
