What we collect

When you place an order, sign up for the newsletter, or contact us, we collect the information you give us — typically your name, email address, delivery address, and order details. Payment card details are processed directly by Stripe and are not stored on our servers.

Why we use it

We use your data to fulfil your orders, provide customer support, and — with your consent — send you marketing about new drops and offers. Consent is captured through a double opt-in confirmation email for the newsletter.

Legal basis (UK GDPR)

Contract performance for orders you place; legitimate interest for fraud prevention and site operation; consent for marketing emails.

Sharing

We share data only with the providers that help us run the site: Stripe (payments), our shipping carriers, and our email/hosting infrastructure. We do not sell your personal data.

Retention

Order records are retained for as long as required by UK tax law (currently six years). Newsletter records are retained until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to withdraw consent for marketing at any time. For newsletter data, you can view or delete your subscription data yourself. For anything else, email hello@wowscent.co.uk and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies to run the site and remember your cart. We do not use advertising cookies.

Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, or you can email us and we will remove you from the list.
