We want you to love your fragrance. If something isn't right, this page explains exactly how returns and refunds work at WOW Scent Ltd.

Your 14-day right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Tell us within those 14 days, then return the items to us within a further 14 days.

Condition of returned items

• Perfumes, aftershaves and air fresheners must be unused, unopened and sealed — for hygiene reasons we can't accept opened fragrance.
• Items should be in their original packaging with any cellophane or seals intact.
• Gift sets and bundles must be returned complete.
• Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are always accepted, opened or not.

How to start a return

• Email hello@wowscent.co.uk with your order number (e.g. WOW-2026-1234) and what you'd like to return.
• We'll reply with the return address and confirm what to include in the parcel.
• Post the parcel back with proof of postage — returns stay your responsibility until they reach us.

Return postage costs

You pay the return postage for change-of-mind returns. If an item is faulty, damaged in transit or we sent the wrong product, we cover the return cost or send a prepaid label.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving your return (usually much sooner) to the original payment method via Stripe.
• We refund the price you paid for the goods plus standard outbound delivery on full-order cancellations.
• Express or upgraded shipping charges are not refunded on change-of-mind returns.
• Discount and referral codes are refunded at the amount actually paid.

Faulty or damaged deliveries

Please contact us within 30 days with a photo of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund, including postage, at no cost to you.

Exceptions

• Opened or used fragrance, unless faulty.
• Items returned without contacting us first, where we cannot identify the order.
• Products damaged through misuse or improper storage.
